WORRIED
Worry can create a tight feeling inside and cloud thinking. Children may worry about small things or big things, and all worries deserve gentle attention. Helping children feel heard and supported builds trust and eases anxiety over time.

Tips for Parents
🌟 Name the Emotion
Help your child recognize worry by saying:
"It looks like something is making you worried. I see your forehead frowning."
🌟 Offer Comfort
Use reassuring words:
"You are safe. I’m right here with you."
🌟 Talk About Worries
Invite gentle sharing:
"Is there something on your mind you’d like to tell me?"
Bonus Tip
If worries stick around:
Create a "worry box" where your child can draw or write down worries and put them away.
Remind them it's okay to have worries — and to let them rest, too.
